BookPriest provides a platform to connect devotees with experienced priests and astrologers for spiritual consultations, poojas, paaths, and remedies. We facilitate bookings but do not directly provide the spiritual services ourselves.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking services and to update it as necessary.

4. Booking and Payment

When you book a service through our platform, you agree to pay the fees as displayed at the time of booking. For at-home services, a 50% advance payment may be required. The auspicious timing (muhurat) for ceremonies will be provided by the assigned priest after booking confirmation.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the service booked. Please refer to the specific service details or contact our support team for cancellation terms applicable to your booking.

6. Service Quality

While we strive to ensure that all priests and astrologers on our platform are experienced and qualified, the quality and outcome of spiritual services are inherently subjective. We cannot guarantee specific results from consultations or ceremonies.

7. Consultation Conduct

Our consultations focus on problem analysis and actionable spiritual solutions. We do not engage in per-minute pricing or unnecessary upselling. All guidance provided is for spiritual purposes only and should not be considered as medical, legal, or financial advice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the BookPriest platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of BookPriest or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

BookPriest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
